How to score, 1 to 5
1 Severely lacking: missing, or a clear weakness.
2 Below average: present but weaker than investors expect.
3 Average: solid and typical for the stage, no clear edge.
4 Above average: a clear strength, ahead of most peers.
5 Best in class: exceptional, among the strongest anywhere.
1 and 5 are exceptions, most answers sit between 2 and 4. Choose NA if you cannot judge a dimension.
PS: Risk is the opposite, a higher number means more risk (more exposed), not more strength.
